I also cannot find any information on this Oerlikon case, dated 1955 made by PRESS & STANZWERKE of ZURICH, any information and especially photos / drawings of the projectile / complete round will be most welcome.002.jpg003.jpg

I have a vague recollection that this was discussed before, and the conclusion was that it was designed for something like low-velocity ballistic testing, I believe (possibly to see how fuzes worked at low impact velocities - but I'm speculating here). Downloading a full-sized cartridge to that extent can be problematic, in particular giving inconsistent velocity results, hence the advantages of purpose-designed case.
