Does anyone know if this can is from a tender to the UK MOD ?

The manufacturer is not one I had heard of before,
EPA Manufacturing Ltd.
Apparently they are based in Lincolnshire, UK, and have also branched out to Pennsylvania, USA.

The wikipedia page for .300 AAC has a reference source for a tender by the MOD dated 2017, to supply ammunition to replace the “currently in service” 7.62 x 35

Does anyone know when the UK MOD introduced 7.62 x 35 into service and does it have an L series number?
