.303 Brit Egyptian blank

Did I get the headstamp orientation correctly? What does it say? The bullet is plastic.

Don't think its .303, looks more like 7.62 x 54r. Can't help with the head stamp.

Sorry, it IS a 7.62x54R, I got it from a VERY serious collector, and relied on his writing. Shows that even the big guys (I am not one) make mistakes.
