30mm Rarden Drill Round?

I have just bought what I believe is a 30mm Rarden drill round, but I can't find any online with the same markings. I don't have any pics yet, but it looks like a Rarden round, is 285mm long and is stamped as follows:

30MM
BMO H 88
T .EQT .

There is a thin band of yellow paint between the 30MM and the rest. I assume the 'T EQT' means 'training equipment'. It looks like these, but doesn't have a dummy primer:

Can someone positively ID it?

Thanks,
Mark

It is RARDEN and there are versions with a different coloured stripe and middle letter. I can't for the life of me remember where they came out of but I do recollect that they should never of seen the light of day again.
