Used to have 5 of them. Same case and projectile. They came in a feed tray, same as the one you have posted here http://www.bocn.co.uk/vbforum/threads/98801-Help-Unknown-30mm-feed-tray?highlight=30mm+tray

​I came across some information searching on the Net .The headstamp is French the Hispano gun is the HS- 831A auto cannons AA. ... LUM is the manufacturer .
The numbers on the projectile point to French TP 30 - 50 . These type of twin cannons were fitted to the AMX 30 tracked vehicle Chassis .its obsolete in france now but could still be in use in some countries
