35x228 Oerlikon AP & AP-T doubts

Recently, I bought two 35x228 rounds. They were designated AP and AP-T (red band).
I have my doubts. A fellow collector I shared the pictures with, also had doubts.
Can anybody give certainty on what type of rounds these are? Documentation showing that they are indeed AP types. Or any proof otherwise.

They look like painted TP-T rounds.
