Please help ID the round. Measures 37 x 201 mm Rimmed.

Headstamp was damaged (sorry).

1. What round is this?

2. What projectile is this?

3. Does the projectile match the case ?

4. What is the primer insert for ?

5. Is this some type of dummy ?

6. Is there a specific Colour code for the projectile ?

Probably a French 37mm "Tube Canon", developed for sub-calibre training but also adopted in WW1 for arming some aircraft.
 
Nice find, have not been able yet in 10 years to find one for my collection!
 
From the quoted TM, it is listed as HE/AP. Looks like the projectile in your case. It is loaded with Ballistite and has no fuze, like the projectile used a Italian 37MM round. The impact furnished enough heat to set off the Ballisite. There is also a projectile which looks similar with a cap which is loaded with TNT, so be aware. The Otter..
