37 or 40MM X 257 ?

This was "sold" as a 40MM. It measure 37MM. Could it be?

Yes it's a 37mm Bofors m/34 and m/38 AT (also used by Poland as wz 36) and even used by Britain early in WW2 (if i remember correctly).

Yes, the British used some captured examples in North Africa.

No, clearly a Swedish headstamp. I also have Polish and Finish (Finish manuafcture and Swedish export for Finland) in my collection.
