37 x 222 M16 flat head query

This is a standard 37 X 222 M16 case with a flat head proof projectile in it.
The top unscrews and there is a lead/zinc core (I know this because the guy I swapped it with years ago thought it was DU so had it tested, it came back as lead/zinc alloy).
The projectile is stamped

Does anyone have any further information about this type of projectile?
