37 x 258 R Drill

Received this 37 mm Drill round and would like to know that I have identified it correctly? And the country of origin?

Calibre: 37 mm

Case length: 258 mm

Rim: 56.1 mm

Projectile: Wooden with grey paint. E E E 34S. (I assume E = Exercise)

Head stamp: "Crown" over MB 1943 E P46 Y. (I assume E = Exercise).

Polish Bofors?? Wz36?

The MB and crown identify it as Finnish for the 37mm Bofors antitank gun.
