37 x 57R M 15 HE projectile

I have an empty 37 x 57R HE projectile. (not the bounding type).
The pointed steel fuze at the top unscrews but I cannot easily move the section above the body.
Is it a normal right-hand thread like the fuze top? I have not tried left-hand thread yet so hope somebody has one to check if right-hand thread.
Shell has no powder or explosive inside.

All unscrewed and rusty threads cleaned and greased. Thanks Nabob.
Here is the photo of the Skoda HE projectile for the 37 x 58R mountain gun.
Projectile is stamped: 1917 SW monogram ( for Skoda Werke) - 6 1/2. Any ideas about the 6 1/2 ?
Note the brown paper gasket? under the fuze. All had been inerted before I got them both.
