The AR-5/P that you show is the Royal Ordnance version, should have a date stamped into the case head. These predate the Police Ordnance or Sage production.

Screenshot from the 1st Edition Royal Ordnance ARWEN 37 Maintenance Manual. Note the projectile is not the same as a normal ‘tadpole’.
