Does anyone have information on the case Stamp "encircled (T)" on this case, thanks

I can't tell you what the stamp means but I think these oval stamps are found on french naval headstamps only.

Re-load (or re-work), not 100 % sure. Also seen on 75 mm M1897 De Campagne cases.
