mouth 37mm
rim 55mm

It looks to me like the 37mm M36 Bofors 37x257r case.
Apologies, but I don’t have details for the symbol and characters at 3 and 9 o’clock

Yes, originally Bofors m/34 anti-tank gun

S = Hackman & Co, Sorsakoski factory. And yes, it is a Finnish manufacturer.
