I am in the processs of finishing a cutaway WW1 37mm German round. I would like to know what type of charge the head was filled with ie black powder coarse grain and if the propellant was again black powder or cordite in sticks or chopped grains. Can any one help or have cutaway drawings showing the type of filling.
