37x94mm with original paint

I came across this yesterday, it has been cut out of the case originally by the looks of it and cut off the lower drive band in doing so, the case is also cut as you can see,in the case headstamp is a small stamp Te, I am still happy with it as I am sure it retains most of the originalpaint, your comments please

Except remnants of yellow paint, this 37 mle 16 with incomplete gaba fuze is in bad condition, attacked by an angle grinder !

thanks minenaz16, I can think of a better and easier way to do it, perhaps who butchered it has since learnt, I will have the lower band re-made

This kind from the late 30s - 1940 seem to hold their paint. The previous model from ww1 seldom do. Has anyone

come across a Mle 1916 HE made in 1916 ?
