It is probably a contract packing for one of the Commonwealth countries such as Pakistan or Singapore. Kynoch received dozens of orders per year from police and military forces around the globe, most placed by the Crown Agents who acted as a purchasing body for Commonwealth countries.
It is a military packaging, but not British military packaging though.
