You do very nice work, and it makes sense to train with simulated items. Having a CAD background, I can appreciate how hard it is to create the solid models of the components.

Thank you for appreciation. For the purposes of an MRE or EOR course, a model is worth as much as a real object since the learner must simply "see" shape and external details. Another advantage is the absence of administrative bureaucracy for transport. Fortunately I have taken care of the raw CAD files which I then modify using the originals or diagrams as reference.
