3in HC smoke mortar bomb

Found this picture on the web. 3in mortar bomb plugged with markings PN83M (so smoke mixture 44% HEXACHLORETHANE
35% ZINC OXIDE 19% CALCIUM SILICIDE2% POTASSIUM NITRATE).
I assume australian round.
HC is not common for filling. Only saw documentations with WP, FM, or CSAM.
