4,5 cm mortar

Can somebody help me identefy this 4,4/4,5 cm by 17 cm long mortar round 39 stamped in the body and exc marked on the (dummy)fuse.

Geert . I think that's an experimental Brandt from pre war era . I've seen a similar fuze on other examples . Have you tried a French fuze in it ? Mike.

Thanks for youre answer but this is a different fuse see photo's from the French mortar's

Geert . I know it's a different fuze but does a normal French fuze fit in the body ? Mike.
 
Geert . OK , probably not a Brandt then . I'm sure I've had one of those fuzes before . I'll try & check my records. Mike.

I think the one on the right is a brandt 4,7 cm mortar and even the fuse of the 4,5 mortar won't fit .

If anyone has a fuse for the 4,7 cm brandt mortar i'll be interested .
