4.5-in Howitzer (?) Shell Nose Cone to Identify

My next clean up project. The diameter seems to be 4.5 inches, so I am currently going with that as the calibre. It has an impact fuze so it isn’t from a shrapnel shell and I’m not seeing any obvious signs of blast deformation so I don’t think it is from an HE shell. There are the remnants of a screw thread around the outside of the skirt which is presumably how it attached to the body of the shell.

So I am tentatively identifying it as the nose cone of 4.5-in howitzer chemical shell, but googling hasn’t found a match for a specific type. Can anyone provide a more positive ID?
