Another find this WE, 2 4.5" cases, in very good condition. Not rare of course, but I can't make out the maker's mark: O IV M in a (?) hourglass. Any idea?
And why are lot numbers sort of "separated" on one it read 532 0 and on the other one 56 29, is it just the guy stamping these being slightly clumsy or fast or is there a reason?
Is the arrow with the D and 43 an acceptance mark?

The letters in the triangles are C M M - Curran Metals and Munitions Lts, Cardiff.
