This one has a special cast brass base made just for a 4.5. Not cleaned yet, but
there are markings on the base. The No 80 fuze was savable by replacing the top piece
though the internals are long gone. So the projectile has a dark varnish over it, might be nickle
plated ? The only real damage is a small hole through the base with a threaded lamp
part screwed into it.
