4.5" Naval rnd for mk6 or mk 8 gun ?

trying to gather up some info on my recent purchases im certain this illumination shell is from the RNZN Leander Class Frigates 4.5" gun's ~!?

For me the 4.5in case is from the Mk5 gun or very confusingly the Mk6 mounting if used in the twin gun installation on Leander class frigates. The case is separate loading and would have had a screwed closing plug, should be 640mm long. The Mk8 to the best of my knowledge is a fixed round with the case being 700mm long.
 
Hi I may have Info that will help you

1 The shell is a 4.5 " SL Star Repainted at some depot in New Zealand

2 The case is also a 4.5 SL . 3 to 5 gun not a MK 8


3 The case was filled at RNAD Trecwn in the early 80s (Its probably me that filled the case)

4 The Leander Frigates were not fitted with the MK 8
