4.7 inch British interwar Navy APHE Projectile

Hello everyone,
This is a new piece I found, which I am fairly certain is a interwar British Navy 4.7 inch gun projectile. It has 4.7 inch II A.H. on the base, and a number of other codes on the base. It also has 2 broad arrows stamped into it on the body in 2 spots. From my research, I have found a few diagrams matching it for color coding of British naval ammunition, that used the 4.7 as an example, but it didn't give dimensions. The projectile is approximately 18 1/8 inches tall and 4.7 inches in diameter. I would like to get some confirmation on this if anyone can give a second opinion. Also, if it is for certain outside my era of interest (post 1920), then I would also be willing to do trades in material from 1880s to 1920 of American projectiles/casings of this size. I am looking for an American M1906 6 inch howitzer casing. Pm me if you are interested.

P.s. sorry for the images showing up sideways, I cant seem to ever get them to not do so.
