I need to identify this sectioned studded projectile.
Possibly had 3 rows of 2 studs. Diameter is 4.7" (119.3mm) Studs are 0.1" high. Weight is approx. 21.5 lbs.
Height is 13 5/8" (345mm). Shell walls are 20mm thick. Fuze is 1" GS tapered.

I guess the base thread is for a gas-check
11 CSF stamped on body. CSF 16? on base. Dated 11/83 on one brass stud.

I need calibre, weight, gun type and maker if possible. All help is appreciated. Ron.

Thanks. The dimensions match nicely. Stud to base and distance between studs is exact to drawing. Case wall the same and length.
Looks like 21lb x2 plus explosive and fuze would weigh more than a nominal 40 lb.
I could not find this information on the net.
