This bullet is for 40mm bofors L70 or L60?

40 L70 for shure, and it is Dutch made by the NWM ammo fatory to simulate the impactvelocity between a 30x173mm MPDS penetrator and the target.
These tests have been carried in the early 80's of the last century ant TNO , the NWM and the naval testrange in Petten.

De Hek has it listed as the 40mm L60 for testing tungsten core 30 x 172 MPDS. It uses the same core.

The shape of the band corresponds to forcing 40mmL70
