40mm Bofors charger clip

I had been looking for a WW2 dated clip to keep my WW2 Bofors rounds organized. Found this one out of Germany, on GB. Dated 1944 which matches a few of my Bofors headstamps. A little steep at $39 delivered, but where else to find a pristine dated clip? I am learning anything with a 1940-45 date is starting to command premium prices. See pic.
PS, am I correct in thinking this is Army issue, not Navy, due to lack of an anchor mark or "MK 1, 2, etc " markings?

What I know about these is: MK#= Navy, M#=Army
Out of the dozen or so I have, there is only one M#, the rest are MK's or foreign.
Here's my M:

Others used to hold shells. That last pic is one in original wrapping/cosmoline.
