40mm Bofors HE buff yellow

Anyone know what the HE buff yellow BS381C is on a 40mm Bofors projectile. Got a chart but difficult matching.

most auto paint supply stores will make any color in spray cans

That's a good way to go but expensive. My local car paint shop made me a can to my requirements but it cost £19.00.

A can of Revell tan spray paint for model makers costs £9.
