Help please in identifying this round please. It is 154mm long. The driving band grove is 13mm wide and the the bit below is only 6mm wide. The steal is 81mm long. There are no marks at all.

It looks a bit like the sheath that surrounds the core for an APDS. Is it heavy for its size? If so it could have a tungsten core inside.
