40mm Round

I've had this 40mm round for a long time, having rescued it from the fireplace of a local pub in the late 70's. Any ideas what round it is? BOFORS or Tank projectile?

Cheers tankbarrell, always wondered what it was; there was an Anti V1 A.A battery, just down the rod from the Pub, wonder if it came from there? I know they had 3.7's.

During the early part of the war around invasion time just after Dunkirk most AA battery's were issued AP rounds for horizontal targets as a last resort if the Germans crossed the channel.
