44 x 167 mm Case identification

Hello,
can anyone help me with the identification of this case? Manufactured at Jiri Roth Braislava, Czechoslovakia in 1927. 47mm Hotchkiss is for comparison.
Rim diameter is 67,93 mm
mouth diameter 43,5 - 44,05 mm
case lenght 167,10 mm

Looks like tank or antitank round. Could not find any 44mmx 167R , but found 2 45mm, no case length listed as British and German experimental guns in the 1930s.
