47x160 german

Why would you think Japan? I would look more to Belgium, wo also had a 47 mm fortress gun. Case for that gun looks almost the same, just 2 mm shorter in length. Unfortunately I have never seen any documentation on these 47x158/47x160 rounds or the guns that fire them. I have seen about 10 of these Belgium cases and a few German cases, where all except 1 popped up in Belgium. The only exception I found in Sweden.

Hello,
This case looks like 47x158r about which I search for information.
In the second photo, fuzes of 47 mm and an English 1Pdr (37x94r)

I checked my collection and found a 57x158R round, No fuze, brass plug, case marked with a W and a circle with a K inside. Projectile has similar band, but no noticeable bourullete. Round has been IDed as Belgian fortress gun round.
