It is Czech made for the Czech 47mm antitank gun. This gun was used on German Panzerjager 1 tank destroyers in WWII.

It has the Skoda logo on the primer. These were made under German supervision with German markings after 1939. There is also an export version of the case for Yugoslavia. The German hand book on cannon ammo for WWII has a few pages and color drawings for the rounds. There is also a stand alone German manual for this ammo.

If you seek a projectile for it, they are very hard to find even in Europe.
