.50 cal dummy box "FA 41"

All cartridges have 3 drilled holes. All but 1 are "FA 41" with primer crimps, the sole "FA 43" is without crimps. Does that show the evolution of dummy making when the unnecessary things like primer crimps and flash holes are eliminated under time/war effort pressure?
