50 cal Lighter.

Hello all! I won this at a local auction. It's made out of a 50 cal. cartridge. It has a name on it, which I can't fully make out. It is also marked "Fort Pierce Fla. May 1, 1941" These markings were not shown in the auction pics. I didn't see them until I picked it up. :)
