57-T.R(N) brass shells

Hello everyone,
I recently bought two 57 T.R, 57 T.R.N brass shells. After looking it up on the internet, I only found that Hotchkiss commercialized them since 1885 for a naval canon of this caliber. Nothing more. I know that there are different varieties about the canon's length. If anyone could help me with the identification of these shells ( why is there an 'N' on one of them ), it would be truly appreciated.

So just to clarify..... these are 242 mm long? Not 224mm?

(Swedish 57x242R x70 Kan M/95, KapKan m/07 but these are not Swedish)

T.R. ...French... tir rapide = quick fire
Belgian Nordenfelt 57x224R x70 casemate gun ...also used in German A7V tank.

European experts will soon tell us .... please!

These shells are 242mm long, indeed. Here is a picture just to ensure you that I'm not mistaking.

I have found some information about the 57 mm Hotchkiss guns in their cataloque from 1900.
Three guns are mentioned:
-57 mm L/22;
-57 mm L/40;
-57 mm L/50.
No details about the cartridge cases used.

They are French, but I only know 57x243R? as Swedish in my references. So probably not very common cases as French made, nice find. The N could be for Nordenfelt?
