Good Day All.
A friend has asked me to assist in identifying this round.
The shell measures 57 mm and the case length 250 mm. I believe it to be the 57 X 250R Gruson.
Head stamp : *PATROONFABRIK* KARLSRUHE. The is also a K on the fuze. No further marking.
Cant seem to find any further information. Was this a German Field Gun?
Any other information would help. Is this item common or not.
