57mm German made ID

I have attached a picture of a drill/sub-calibre round (suitably modified so it is not fit for purpose) which I am trying to get more information on. It appears to measure 57mm as a projectile and what would be the case length is 360mm. It is clearly German made, probably for Turkey, but I cannot find reference to any 57mm cases of that length. Anyone any ideas? Can anyone translate the writing on the base?

Many thanks

Thank you Alpini, I now remember the thread but didn't put the two together. It would be great to get a full translation of the base markings.

I seem to remember reading (possibly on this forum) that there are not many people around today who can read Ottoman Turkish written in Arabic script.
