My guess would be that they're probably missile/rocket warheads rather than projectiles.

Bob, I don`t know what exactly type of warhead, but I see very well C and 5. I know, that warhead screw to body, but I think it`s practice warhead. Caliber the same and marking is Soviet too.

Thank you everyone, there is a great amount of knowledge here. I kind of figured it was Russian as they came out of Kuwait after the 'Storm' with me, I just figure out what they went to.

Yes they did, I had no problems with US Customs. ...
Anyone know where I can get the sabot parts for cheap? Finally getting to make these 2 into book ends.

Well, you evidently left the sabots there. They must not have been able to follow you as well as the penetrators.

There were none around where I picked these 2 up, Northeast of Kuwait City, ~6 K South of the Iraqi border.
