I do agree that it does not look cut...the Model 1903 5cm Krupp mountain gun case was 50x115R62...but that's as close as I can find. There's also a 57x185R73 German case listed so that matches your rim diameter, but that's it.
I have quite extensive resources on shell case dimensions, but this case I never seen before. Assuming you measured the rim diameter correctly, even that one I cannot find. As the length, also unknown.
The caliber is quite rare (if 60 mm, unless 57 mm) and could indicate cut down. Screw primer also not so common I think for a German case of this period, I expect export. But no idea for what.....
