5cm Proj ID

Greetings all, I traded for this projectile last weekend, it is 50mm in diameter & basically solid with a 12mm parallel hole down the middle not exiting the base, the solid brass fuze plug has 2 small holes in the flat tip for a tool. Some markings on the side & base as pictured. Can anyone ID this for country of origin & type of round it was when complete?
