I recently acquired this projectile and would be grateful for any information on it. It is 60mm x 154mm and the only marking is the capital 'R' on the base. I' assume it is bag charge, so no case, but am not sure of the correct fuze that fits it.
I thought german pre 1900 mountain gun, maybe some german friend can help us.
The book "Gebirgs atillerie" by Franz Kosar" mentions these gun:
