Hello,

I would like to know who the manufacturer of these cartridges and primers are.
RLB = Royal Laboratories Birtley
M.N. = ?
And on the primer:
KBY = ?
HC = ?
Q&F = ?

All the other marks are lot numbers and inspection marks I think?

RLB - ROF Birtley
MN - Mond Nickel Ltd.
HC - Most likely Hercules Cycles (who made the primer)
Q&F - I don't know
KBY - ROF Kirkby (who filled the primers)

On the first case, if you didn't notice it, is the remants of the stenciling showing it was loade 'SHOT'
