Hello,

I read US made in 1945 a canister for 57mm gun but I can't find anything in my documentation.

Does anyone have any pictures or diagram of this T17/M305 round ?

Is it only a US production or British made and used it ?

Regards

I've heard of the U.S. one. I know there has been one example floating around the U.S. in collections. I believe it is a T212. BTW, in the U.S., the weapon is referred to as the 57mm Gun. In the U.S., the 6Pdr refers to the older WWI short case 57mm used by the Navy.

A 57mm T17 canister just sold on Gunbroker for $600. Here are some images from that offering.
