That is the current British proof round for this calibre. The previous version had the L4A1 headstamp but did not have the knurled rim. Quite why that over-pressure round would be loaded into a belt beats me!

The belt is a typical hotch-podge of used links and fired cases as put together by sellers, I am surprised that they got the fired cases facing the right way around in the links! These belts can be found made up with any mixed calibres, cases and links. If the Proof case had been a live round in a link then that would have been interesting.
