Found this in the pit among several other types mostly I81, AZ23Geb and AZ23umg fuses, and 47mm M35 Italian HE shells. Dia is 75mm, roughly measured, and the bottom resembles German 7.5cm AP round, but the piercing cap does not look like one on those shell at all.

Thanks. Found some 32 pcs, but no sign of those in any publication about ammo used in Yugoslavia.
 
Yeap, Yugoslavia had M4 Sherman tanks from 1944 to early sixties when they were all withdrawn from operational units.
