75mm cored KWK42 projo?

I want to put this at Classifieds but I´m not 100% sure what it is excactly.
Cap is crimped and have 4 short welds (marked blue). In the body are 4 bolts (red) every 90 degrees. The only marks are "f" and "WaA821"
