Do I see it correctly that the ring in mouth is expanded outwards? If so, could the case have been fired from a gun with damage in chamber? However I don't believe in this theory.
Anyway the case should not have any crimping groove as it was for separate loading.
This showed case compared to fixed case, there are difference, but i`m sure it`s not someone playing result. Here is a attached picture of fixed case for le. I. G. 18 and carrying box for this kind of ammo.
The hollowcharge Hl/A was the only fixed shell for the gun but the crimp in the first post looks too low.
Endel what is the projectile pictured in your #7 post?
The other problem is the rolling mark has been forced out. Therefore it would suggest the mark was made on an empty case from the inside.
