75mm M18 Case made in 1980 - Who for?

Yesterday at the local car boot sale I got a 75mm M18 (Same dimensions as the French 75 case) made in 1980. The M18 was the designation of the case used in the Sherman tank gun.

The headstamp is:

75 MM M 18
MMJ - 1 - 1
1980

Who would still have been using this calibre in 1980 and needed new cases?
